Martin High School, has a master of fine arts degree from Indiana
State University as well as a degree from UNO. He paints oil abstracts
and states that his method of judging is "the same as when I visit a
museum. Some paintings just jump off the wall. They literally 'pop out'
and distinguish themselves immediately. Then, going back over them, I
can look close up, appreciating the artist quality, technique, composition.
